Removing an intimate image shared without consent
Anyone can ask qmoon to remove an intimate image of them, or of someone they act for, that was published without consent. Choose Report on the work, episode, post, comment or creator page where it appears, then choose the first reason.
The request asks for:
- where the image appears, as a link
- a statement, in good faith, that it was published without consent
- an email address for the request number and the outcome
- your full name, typed, as your signature
Staff decide each request within 48 hours and remove the image with its known copies. The request number arrives by email at once, and the outcome follows.
This process follows the TAKE IT DOWN Act in the USA.
Reporting anything else
Every work, episode, post, comment, character, model and game has Report, signed in or not. Staff review reports in the order they arrive.
A copy of your own work is reported the same way, as a copyright notice under the DMCA in the USA and the provider liability rules in Japan.
